Olde Post Office Gift Shoppe

Located in the historic old post office building in Petrolia, The Olde Post Office Gift Shoppe and Ice Cream Parlour has something for everyone! We have gifts and craft items, many of them made by local artisans! In the warmer months, we serve Shaw’s Ice Cream, made locally in St. Thomas. And for the book lovers, we have a gently used book corner, The Next Chapter.

Many of our wood items are made at Petrolia Enterprises, our wood working facility where we employ people of all abilities. Here, we recycle the old to make the new, utilizing tobacco lath, old windows and doors as well as reclaimed wood to repurpose into rustic furniture and crafts. Proceeds from the sales at the Olde Post Office Gift Shoppe are used to support programs at Lambton County Developmental Services.
